Incorporated in 1983, and privatized in december 1991 under the management control of al-futtaim group of Dubai, Al-Ghazi Tractors limited is a case study of rollicking success.

Agtl was the first automobile company in Pakistan to earn the ISO-9002 certificate.

Agtl is the only automobile company in Pakistan which has not raised its selling prices ever since these were reduced and agreed with the government in august, 1998.
